Had an air brake valve go out on our 2018 American Dream as we had just parked it at our RV spot in Mineola on a Friday evening. Called Preferred as they were recommended by Lone Star Freightliner since we needed service on Memorial Day weekend. Receptionist was most helpful in setting up time for mechanic to be at RV early Saturday. Dillon arrived exactly as scheduled to diagnose problem. Found air brake valve needed replacement and he immediately found part in Tyler and repair was tested and completed in a timely manner. I owned a service type business for 40 years. Dillon met all my High expectations for a service technician. Job well done young man.

Daniel did an excellent job inspecting my truck. He was very professional, detail-oriented, and took the time to thoroughly check everything. The inspection went smoothly and no issues were found, which gave me great peace of mind. I really appreciated his honesty and expertise. Highly recommend him if you need a reliable and thorough inspection. And also the lady in front desk Han was very respectful and helpful.

I would just like to say that we have the best diesel mechanic and heavy duty equipment shop in Tyler, Texas. They serve local, company and there whole fleet of trucks. And they are one shop. If you need any mechanic work done on any of your equipment, bring it to Preferred On Site Fleet Services of Texas. You will get the East Texas hospitality that you deserve. Special thanks to Jeff , William the whole crew at Preferred On Site Fleet Services. They have a wonderful staff, a nice lounge area and free snacks. I went to the gas station after getting my RV back. THEY DIDNT EVEN PUT MY CLAMPS BACK ON MY FUEL LINES, I was leaking fuel everywhere at the gas station. The photos below show the fuel clamps (after i fixed them) that they did not tighten and are claiming that i advised them not to tighten them. This is ridiculous that they would try to turn their mistakes on me and say i advised them not to do it. Go somewhere else these people are untrustworthy!! Go to the rest of their bad reviews and you will see them never owning up to their mistakes. I went in for a check engine light aswell as my RV generator not working. They replaced my fuel line regulator for the check engine light and went to work on the generator. After replacing a fuel line and the carburetor they came back and said the generator still didn’t work and they were done working on it. I got charged for all the labor and still not a working generator. The reception workers are nice but the service sucks👎
